  EPPYS recently mad a removal delivery to the apartment block where I live.
  They parked and set up their ramp across a clearly marked 'Emergency Vehicle' only zone. The public footpath was also fully blocked, forcing pedestrians out around the truck unsighted into to traffic.
  When asked to move the vehicle they just proceeded to unload, saying they would only move if a fire engine came !
  Once inside they placed various loose items randomly around the lobby and on the lobby seating - including a bicycle. After being asked twice not to do this they complied.
  The younger operative treated the episode as a joke, the other was surly. They showed no care for the items they were handling. I felt sorry for the person who was moving in.
  Definitely not professional.
